Jacqueline Taylor Lloyd was born and raised in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, California, where her love for dance ignited at just three years old. Jackie honed her skills at some of the city’s top dance studios, including Millennium Dance Complex and The Edge Performing Arts Center, where she learned from some of the industry’s best choreographers. Her journey continued through high school and college, as she immersed herself in various dance programs and companies, all while freelancing and collaborating with choreographer Janet Roston on exciting projects.
In 2011, Jackie took a bold step and moved to Sydney, Australia, to further her professional dance career. Over two incredible years, she worked with renowned choreographers like Jason Gilkinson, The Squared Division, Matt Lee, and Marko Panzic, performing alongside stars such as Ricky Martin, Jessie J, Flo Rida, and Jason Derulo. She was a regular backup dancer for Australian artists like Timomatic, Ricki Lee, and Jessica Mauboy, gracing music videos, tours, and live performances. Jackie also made her mark on television, appearing on shows like The Voice, X-Factor, and The Logies, and showcasing her talent in commercials for KFC’s Cricket Big Bash and Australia’s Next Top Model.
Returning to Los Angeles in the summer of 2013, Jackie joined Bloc LA, one of the leading dance agencies in the city. Highlights include a national campaign for UGGS Australia, performing at a royal wedding in Dubai, and serving as Rihanna’s backup dancer during Eminem and Rihanna’s The Monster Tour in 2014, creatively directed by Hi Hat Productions.
Jackie’s adventures didn’t stop there! In late 2018, she toured with Fergie and Demi Lovato, and then spent six months in Ibiza, choreographing and dancing at Heart Ibiza, a hotspot owned by the Adria brothers and Cirque du Soleil. At the start of 2020, she took on the role of dance captain for the Whitney Houston Hologram Show, helping to create an all-Spanish cast in Madrid. She also choreographed for the 528 Ibiza theatrical dinner concept and Valentina Zenere’s debut music video, “Cero Coma.” One of her biggest thrills came in 2022, when she danced in the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show with Mary J. Blige and graced the stage at the Oscars with Beyoncé, both under the direction of Fatima Robinson. More recently, Jackie danced with Lana del Rey n her 2024 performances touring between America and Europe.
Now, Jackie splits her time between Ibiza, Spain, and Los Angeles, California, continually seeking new ways to express her passion for movement.
